Everyone loves to get some design ideas. And sometimes we like to look at designs we’ll never use.

Celebrity bathrooms, now that’s a new one. Maybe I should buy the domain and start blogging about that. here are some pics of a bathroom from the famed Tiger Woods.

Interestingly enough in recent news Tiger Woods, while at the PGA Buick Open on August 2,  publicly displayed some “” that should have better been done in the bathroom.

I’m always interested to see how things are made. today I got an email with some pictures of the excavation site in Milan for the stone used by the posh bathroom designer / manufacturer  Antonio Lupi.

Erlanger, KY (PRWEB) July 31, 2009 — On Friday, July 17, 2009, Signature Hardware held an open house for American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) chapter leaders to see Signature Hardware’s unique product offering firsthand. The chapter leaders from across the country were attending the ASID’s annual Chapter Leadership Conference (CLC), held this year in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Representatives of Signature Hardware were available throughout the 6,300-square-foot showroom, located just across the Ohio River in Erlanger, Kentucky, to discuss the company’s product offerings, design trends and customer interests. After viewing the showroom’s kitchen, bath, hardware, lighting and home-and-garden displays, attendees were invited to tour the 113,000 square-foot warehouse that holds the company’s Nottingham Brass, Whittington Collection, Milforde Collection and Signature Aire product lines.

Attendees left the open house with a copy of Signature Hardware’s free catalog (www.signaturehardware.com/freecatalog), finish samples from the Nottingham Brass collection and other sample products.

Founded in 1975, the American Society of Interior Designers is the oldest, largest and leading professional organization for interior designers. Its more than 40,000 members engage in a variety of professional programs and activities through a network of chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

The annual conference is offered to all incoming and seated ASID chapter board leaders. This year’s conference included workshops important to today’s interior designer, including how to deal with the turbulent economy and business etiquette.

Ever wondered how astronauts go the bathroom in outer space. With zero gravity everything should just float around them. That sounds very gross. But don’t worry those brainy guys at NASA have solved the bathroom problem as well. Check out the bathroom and shower that they used on Apollo 11.
